What is the difference between your fragrance oils and essential oils?
Fragrance oils are synthetically compounded or a mix of synthetic and natural components designed for specific scent profiles, while essential oils are 100% natural extracts derived directly from botanical sources through distillation or expression.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Are your fragrance oils safe for use in skin care products?
Yes, many of our oils are skin-safe; however, they are highly concentrated and must be diluted according to IFRA guidelines. Please check the specific product description or request a MSDS sheet for usage rates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy for fragrance products?
To maintain the purity and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils once the seal has been broken. We highly recommend purchasing a 1/2 oz sample size before committing to a larger quantity.
